Questions

01Who funds a trading credit?

An exchange, ecosystem, community or sponsor allocates the capital. The sponsor and trading venue can be different organizations. Each campaign defines the offer and who can claim it.

02Can a trader withdraw the sponsored capital?

The sponsored principal is reserved for permitted trading. It is not a cash gift that can simply be withdrawn. Trading losses and eligible fees can consume it; remaining credit is settled under the campaign’s terms.

03How do gains, losses and fees work?

Realized gains become trader-owned funds and do not replenish spent credit. Eligible losses and fees consume the remaining sponsored credit first, then trader-owned funds if needed. The credit balance and trader funds are tracked separately.

04What happens when the credit expires?

The campaign enters its closeout and settlement process. Open positions and orders must be resolved before remaining sponsored capital and trader-owned funds can be distributed under the terms. Exhausting credit ends sponsorship; it does not automatically erase trader-owned funds.

05How does a recipient get started?

They open the claim link, check eligibility and campaign terms, and follow a short guided setup. It’s designed to get traders started quickly and make onboarding simple for your community.

06Can we use our own website or backend?

The planned SDK and API support embedding offers, authorized issuance and lifecycle updates in partner products. MCP tools are intended for authorized campaign operations. Programmatic trading is a separate capability and depends on the venue and enforceable credit rules.
